How to take liquid drops?
- Take 7 drops once daily with first water (take more if you feel the need).
- Follow your body some days.
- Continue to weigh every day.
- No sugars; NO: cookies, pastries, corn syrup, cakes, energy drinks, evaporated cane juice, frosting, cupcake, maple syrup, canned fruit in syrup, ice cream, breakfast cereals, granola, etc. -NOTHING WITH SUGAR No Starches; NO: rice, pasta, melba toast, bread, bagels, cornstarch, white flour, wheat flour, breading in meat, cream of wheat, oatmeal, potatoes, etc.
- Eat when you are hungry: Eat until you are full. DO NOT STUFF YOURSELF.

- No Milk (Only in coffee).
- Eat fruit by itself on an empty stomach.
- Let 20-30 minutes elapse after eating fruit before eating other foods.
- Let 3 hours elapse after eating food before eating fruits.
