Step-by-Step Guide

Here are some essential tools that will make the process even easier for you along with our live daily support.  We have registered you to our system.

 

 HOW TO START YOUR KETOGENIC DETOX:

 

3-DAY GOLDEN RULEEat JUST FRUITS -  FIRST 3 DAYS

(No carbs, no meat no fish, no sugar, no fats no dairy.  You will also start taking your supplements and remember most are added as a few drops in your water.

 

EXTREMELY IMPORTANT INFO ABOUT FOOD AND WATER

  • Drink 5 bottles of water a day at 3-hour intervals from the time you wake up
  • Finish each bottle within 10-15 minutes to allow the body to absorb the water and do the cleansing
  • Drink only distilled water

 

Example:

 

First Water: 7:00am

 

 

Second Water: 10:00am

 

 

Third Water: 1:00pm

 

 

Fourth Water: 4:00pm

 

Fifth Water: 7:00pm

 

 

 

 

HOW TO TAKE BOL DETOX Drops: Fill dropper up to the bulge as shown in the photo

 

BOL DETOX :  Fill the dropper up to the bulge as it shows on the picture. Do it 3 times per day UNDER YOUR TONGUE before you drink your first 3 waters

BOL AQUA, BOL FRUIT, BOL BERRIES:  Take 7 drops 2 times per day in you FIRST and LAST bottle of water

 BOL TREE:  Take 10 drops in second water
