REFRESH & RELAX JUICE for DINNER

* 2 medium-size Cucumbers, unpeeled
* A handful of Tulsi or Basil
* 1 red Apple, unpeeled
* 1 tsp. fresh Aloe Vera optional

The best way to start juicing this recipe is to wash and chew four (4) to five (5) tulsi (or basil) leaves. Then add to the juice along with your cucumbers with your apple, and the aloe vera and blend.

For those struggling with blood pressure replace grapefruit with orange or tangerine.
